Bayville Farms House

This beautiful 1860's era farmhouse is leading a life that has seen many changes in the last decade.  In the early 90's it sat in the midst of a bustling commercial farming enterprise.  The farm's manager lived in the house and his wife was a member of my PTA Board.  When the board met for social events at the farmhouse we traveled a long farm road that led through the fields.  That area today bears no resemblance to the Bayville Farms of the 90's.  In 2004 the house is the Church Point Manor House, a Bed & Breakfast that sits in the middle of the upscale Church Point development.  The tractors and dust are but a memory.
